Eligibility
- Request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the software cannot be activated or does not run on a supported Windows version after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Refunds are generally not available after the license has been actively used beyond initial setup testing, or after downloadable packages have been repeatedly reissued.
How to request
Email support@soft-sell.com with your order number / PayPal transaction ID, purchase email, and a short description of the issue.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal account. License keys for refunded orders are revoked.
